Service Description

This weekly class will include 30 minutes of gentle stretching, followed by 30 minutes of guided relaxation & meditation. Set the tone for your week by getting calm and centered. Many students say that their sleep is much improved after this practice. Have several pillows and blankets nearby for the coziest experience! Choose to drop in anytime for $10, or get a discount by choosing one of the pricing plans. Camera off or camera on - the choice is yours! The class may be recorded for the on-demand library; however, the participant's screens will not be visible. If you miss the class, the recorded practice will be sent to you by email and will be available for at least one week. Please note that a playlist will be available for you to play during the class via Spotify, or you can choose to play your own music.
